About:	Prof. R. Karthikeyan have been obsessive about finding novel drug molecules from terrestrial and coastal plants that have potential antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities. His research has focused on isolation, identification, structure elucidation of bioactive molecules and evaluation of pharmacological activity by in-vitro and in vivo models. Dr.R. Karthikeyan obtained his Bachelor’s Degree (2001) in pharmaceutical sciences from The Tamil nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He obtained his Master’s degree (2007) in Pharmacognosy from the same university He completed his Doctoral degree (2018) in the area of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra pradesh, India. He received many awards and certificates during M. Pharm and Ph.D. studies for his research contribution. He has 16.9 years of teaching and research experience.
