About: With a robust career spanning over six years, I am a BAS Field Engineer at Air Systems Inc., CA, specializing in the commissioning and programming of various HVAC control systems. My tenure since September 2021 has seen me play a pivotal role in key projects such as the Google Bayview Campus and multiple buildings on Tasman Drive in San Jose, CA. My responsibilities are comprehensive, encompassing point-to-point checks, DDC programming, BMS database management, and network configuration for HVAC systems. Before my current role, I served as a Controls Project Engineer at ABM Systems Inc., NY, from August 2016 to September 2021. There, I refined my expertise on significant projects, including the Newark Airport Terminal 1 and several high-rise buildings in New York. My skill set includes project management, site commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting, highlighting my proactive approach and leadership in managing complex projects. Academically, I hold a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the City University of New York, further solidified by a PMP certification. This educational foundation underscores my dedication to professional development and excellence in project management. My enthusiasm for building automation in HVAC controls is both a professional focus and a personal interest, prompting me to continually explore and innovate in this area.
