| About: | I am Oluwaseun Moses Adesina. I am a Senior Lecturer and licensed Professor at Rudolph Kwanue University, specializing in sociology, management, and human resource development. With a strong academic background highlighted by a PhD in Sociology from the International Institute of Computing and Societal Education University (USA), alongside a PhD in Christian Education from Bible University (USA), I bring a wealth of interdisciplinary knowledge to teaching, research, and professional practice. I also hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rudolph Kwanue University College, a Master of Arts in Education (Christian Values), and multiple postgraduate certifications from international institutions. My research interests span religious studies, social policy, leadership development, and human resource management. Beyond academia, I serve as a Research Council Member and Reviewer at Eudoxia Research University & Eudoxia Research Center, contributing to international research, editorial development, and scholarly publication review. As a manager and human resource professional, my goal is to help organizations achieve their mission through analytical expertise, effective communication, and strategic leadership.
