| About: | Prof. Joel Mark P. Rodriguez is a highly committed and accomplished educator and management professional who has gained extensive experience in both the corporate and academic spheres. He has spent over six years working as a Restaurant Manager at Jollibee, which has equipped him with a wealth of practical knowledge that he now imparts to his students as a Regular Faculty member at Rizal Technological University's College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (CBEA), in the Department of Human Resource Management. Joel's transition to academia has been a smooth one, and he brings real-world insights to the next generation of business leaders. He teaches a broad range of management disciplines at RTU, including entrepreneurship, general management principles, human resource management, leadership styles, strategy, marketing management, operations management, and financial management. His dedication to education and his passion for nurturing the talents of his students make him an integral part of the academic community. Joel Mark P.
