| About: | Dr. Sushila Sharma working as an Associate Professor in Department of Education, Baba Mastnath University Rohtak. Haryana. She has done M.Sc. (Biotechnology), M.Ed, M.Phil (Education), UGC-NET and JRF (Education), Ph.D. (Education) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy. She has published more than 22 research papers in National and international journals. She has about 8 years of teaching experience as TGT science and PGT biology teacher and about 8 years teaching experience in Teachers’ Training institute as an Educator. She is an active researcher. Her thrust on research is to develop innovative tools and devices for making teaching and learning more effective and easy. She had developed an Adversity Quotient Assessment Scale of secondary school students. An ICT based Research Project is under development under her supervision. Three Students have been awarded with Ph.D (Education) under her supervision. While five are pursuing. She is an Associate Editor at SDES- International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research, and Edwin Group of Journals. She received ‘Chhatrapati Award’ in 2011 for her services in academics and as a social activist. She has also been awarded as International Young Scientist in 2015 for research work on social women freedom at Indore in Madhya Pradesh in an international conference. She was also awarded with letter of appreciation as ‘Corona Warrior’ in Oct, 2021 by Baba Mastnath University, Asthal Bohar Rohtak. She has been awarded as Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Azad-2022,by I.C.E.R.T , New Delhi, as well as Eklavaya Award for 2021 in Jan, 2022, by ICERT, New Delhi. She has also received Best Teaching Award by ASIAN Education Award at AEA, Conference, by Kites Kraft Production, Punjab in 2022. Besides these she has been Awarded as International Award for Excellent Teaching Methodology, at International Conference, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, 2022.
