| About: | Prof. Urmi Chakravorty is a Vidharbha Bhushan Awardee, TEDx Speaker, Educationalist, Creative social activist. Her area of expertise is IHRM, EAE, Learning and Development OB and PR and Media Communications for the past 13 years. She helps MBA and aspiring Journalism Students hone their PR Skills and has contributed in CRT and Industries Best Practices. She is the President for WICCI Karnataka State Education Council, She has won an award for her paper on Value education on Teaching and Training. She won the title of Iconic women: Creating a better world for all by the Women economic Forum. She represented her country at ASLC as a Guest speaker in Singapore. She also presented at Edmodocon 2018 in San Francisco, USA. She is also involved in conducting personality development workshops leveraging various creative activities. She has completed her BA English Honours from Pune University and Masters from Nagpur University specializing in Mass Communications. She is also a regular in the Education columns on the local print media. Her work has been covered by multiple renowned digital and online print media portals globally. She attended the Women Economic forum recently as the keynote speaker. She was also the Guest Speaker at AISEC’s Coca Cola Youth Speak forum & Climbers Lit Up fest recently.
