| About: | Dr. M. Sekar is serving as an Associate Professor & Head in the Department of Commerce with CA in KPR College of Arts Science and Research. He utilizes his skills and upgrades his ability in teaching to offer professional growth in the field of Management Studies. He aims to gain an exceptional career through long efforts and constant performance. He initiated his teaching career in the year 2006. Presently, he has 15 years of teaching experience in UG and 14 years of experience in PG. He has actively published research papers in 12 International and 13 National Journals. He has also participated in various Seminars, Symposiums, and conferences. He has completed a UGC-funded project titled “A Study on Occupational Stress in Police Organizations and its effects on Organizational Performance with Special Reference to Kanyakumari District, sanctioned with Rs. 5,87,000/-. He is also a Member of the Coimbatore Management Association, Indian Academic Researchers Association (IARA), Board of Studies Member of various colleges, and a Question paper setter for other universities. He has completed various MOOC courses in NPTEL, ALISON, Digital Garage, Udemy and Future Learn, etc. |
