About:	Dr. J. Arputha Sahaya Raj, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce CA, St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli. He holds Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) and Business Administration (MBA) and a Ph.D (Commerce) in the Topic Specialization in HRM - Total Quality Management. In his teaching career spanning 13 years both UG and PG level. He has also presented and published many articles in reputed journals at Regional, National and International levels. He has vast experience in conducting Motivational training, workshops for youth and students. He is very much interested and involved in social activities and he has also invited as resource person by various Colleges, Schools and Service organizations. He makes continues relationship with NGO's, Service Organizations around Regional, National & International. Objective : To work towards excellence, by acquiring and constant updation of my knowledge in the fields of Commerce and Management and to impart it to the younger generation, with moral, ethical values, to build good human beings and a caring our society.
