About:	I was born in Bechar (Algeria), received my Bachelors in 1989 and my Engineers degree in Electrical Engineering from the University Djillali LIABES of Sidi Bel Abbes (Algeria) in 1994, and the Magister degree in Electronic from the University Djillali LIABES of Sidi Bel Abbes (Algeria) in 2008 (Algeria). I have recently received my Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Embedded Systems from the University TAHRI Mohamed of Bechar in 2021. My current research interest includes Image processing, Biometric image compression, Second generation wavelet transforms, and Image quality assessment. Im also working in Deep Learning in image processing.
