| About: | Wenxuan Liang earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree, both in Biomedical Engineering (BME), from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China), and then his PhD degree also in BME from Johns Hopkins University (Maryland, USA). He worked as a postdoc at Columbia University before joining the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2022, affiliated with both School of BME at the Suzhou Institute of Advanced Research (Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China) and the School of Physical Sciences (Hefei, Anhui Province, China). His research focuses on developing enabling optical microscopy and endoscopy technologies primary for in vivo imaging of live biological tissues and life processes. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers on mainstream optics and BME journals including Light: Science and Applications, Nature Biomedical Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Medical imaging, etc. |
