| About: | My name is Sonia Ahsan, and I am the Senior researcher of the Brighton Institute of Research and Development, Bangladesh. I am the head of research department of Orange institute of training and development, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I graduated from Khulna University in Bangladesh and I am also a partly qualified CMA from ICMAB. I have authored and edited many publications, including some indexed in Scopus and others are published on Amazon and VSRD academic publishing, India.
