About: Salwa Bin Idrees has been an employed faculty member in the Department of Economics at the University of Benghazi since 2008. Where I have Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the area of specialization: Economics from the University of Benghazi. I have a Doctor of Philosophy in Islamic Banking and Finance in 2024 from IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance at International Islamic University Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur. I have intensive Training in Islamic Banking and Finance, (IIUM) International Islamic University Malaysia, Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance (IIiBF). I have also received The Certified Sharia Advisor and Auditor (CSAA). My scientific interests in Economy, Organizational Environment, Neo- Institutional theory, Institutional Economy, Islamic Banking and Finance, Structural Equation Modeling, Statistical Analysis
