| About: | Roger Y. Ibañez, Jr. is a current college instructor at the lone state college of Masbate (DEBESMSCAT). He finished his elementary and secondary years with flying colors. He devoted his time to improve his knowledge and skills in different disciplines by attending different trainings and competitions during his elementary and secondary days. He graduated at DEBESMSCAT with a course of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Agricultural Education. Looking back on his previous academic records, it’s not surprising that he graduated also in this course with latin honors. He worked as office aide in his Alma Matter after his graduation to help his parents and finance his next educational plan. He enrolled in his Alma Matter as a graduate student and took up Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision in year 2013. After earning 9 units in MAEd, he shifted and enrolled at the same institution and took up Master of Science in Agriculture and graduated last 2018. Years later, after he successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), he was employed as permanent teacher at Department of Education. He was assigned at the far-flung municipality of Esperanza. With his perseverance and dedication to work, he earned respect from his colleagues in the said municipality. Every year he was transferred to other schools for the reason that he wanted to be with his family. He was promoted as Senior High School Teacher II and left a remarkable milestone in terms of education Burgos National High School. He worked for almost 4 years and designated as ICT Coordinator, Planning Officer, WiNS Coordinator, and Officer-In-Charge of School in the Department of Education before transferring to DEBESMSCAT for greener career pathways. Various regional, national and international seminars/trainings he attended for his professional growth.
