| About: | Ms R. Prerna is pursuing Ph.D. in Law from Amity University, Gurugram with more than 3 years of experience from various reputed colleges. She has done LL.M in Constitutional Law from Amity University, Gurugram and B.A.LL. B from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. she is currently an author of the book titled Dowry Dealth: Need for strengthening the legislative measures. Presently she is a chairperson/ president of the Moot Court Society at Starex University. She has successfully conducted a week-long International Faculty Development Program as a program director, 2 Intra moot court competitions as a chairperson of the moot society, conveyor of the National Webinar on “IP & Youth; Innovating for a better future, and organiser of the National Webinar on the vigilance awareness vis-a-vis corruption free India. She has done several National and International Faculty development Programs. She has published more than five research papers in double blinded peer-reviewed National Journals (online and offline). She has attended many National and International Conferences and also presented various research papers. She has also delivered several Guest Lectures in various Universities like Teerthanker Mahaveer University and Shri Kumarswami Mahavidyalaya as a resource person. Her area of specialization is Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Jurisprudence and Law of Torts. She is also enrolled as an advocate. |
