Green HRM is the application of HRM policies to encourage the responsible use of resources within an organisation and, more broadly, to create eco-friendly changes and advance environmental sustainability concerns. It is just shown that there is a big opportunity for HR to consider using AI in their organisations when consider the influence of AI on Green HRM. It is also seen that the market for technology and new vendors has experienced a massive boom. Journal and review articles, English-language publications, papers that discuss green HRM, HRM, etc. are among the criteria used to select the articles for this page. The findings of this investigation support the idea that artificial intelligence is an essential element. Through Green HRM, the integration of corporate environmental management and human resource management is facilitated. The majority of research on HR related topics focuses on current HR practises, however this work aimed to use the application of artificial intelligence to highlight the next step in GHRM. Through the application of AI to HR policies, practises, and perspectives, green human resource management can be made more effective. In order to screen candidates, engage employees, re-engage employees, and advance careers without using a lot of resources, the study will look at how artificial intelligence is increasingly used in green HRM processes using the hybrid methodology of using the Gaussian SVM with genetic paradigm to select the novel features with which it significantly performance well with approx 93%. This will help organisations reduce their overall environmental impact and trending the HRM model in market with satisfied eco-friendly environments .
