| About: | Dr. Karuppasamy Ramanathan has four years of industrial experience with Cipla Ltd., Mumbai and twenty-one years of rich teaching experience. He has received a Gold Medal for his academic excellence in his master degree from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is an alumni member of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad. Dr.Samy has published 14 text books and 65 research articles in various referred National and International Journals. He has organized 12 Management Development Programmes (MDP’s), 26 Faculty Development Programmes (FDP’s), five Leadership Camps and sixteen international level Conferences. He has also produced ten Ph.D scholars and six M.Phil Scholars. He is serving as Editor in Two international Journals and also reviewer for 13 journals related to Finance and Business Analytics. He is a Board of Studies Member & Governing Council member in various autonomous colleges and Universities in India. Cricket all-rounder. He has organized four painting exhibitions with his paintings/art work. He is writing successfully in a wide range of literacy genres including poems, short stories & novels. He is an active Rotarian and also served as Secretary, Rotary Club of Coimbatore City for the year 2017-18. He has been rewarded with Best Secretary Award etc., He also an Internationally Accredited Trainer and conduct various training programs for middle and top-level managers, students and Business people.
