The goal of the current investigation was to determine whether Grewia tiliifolia Vahl Extract had any anti-stress or anti- diabetic effects on experimental animals. According to phytochemical screening, the dried leaves of Grewia Tiliifolia wereconsecutively extracted using several solvents, including petroleum ether, chloroform, ethanol, and aqueous extract bymaceration. In the EEGTF flavonoids, tannins, saponins, polyphenols, cardiac glycosides, alkaloids, and amino acids are justa few of the numerous components it contains. When compared to Grewia Tiliifolia Vahls aqueous extract, the EEGTF hashigher flavonoids. I used the spectroscopic approach to identify the chemical components. According to OECDrecommendations, the 70% EEGTF was found to be acutely hazardous.
