| About: | PhD in Management Science, Ines Kahloul is Assistant Professor of finance at the Higher Institute of Management of Sousse (ISG), University of Sousse, Tunisia. She also obtained, from the same university, the Habilitation to Supervise Researches degree in Science Management and Finance in 2022. She is the Manager of the Professional Financial Engineering Master and the Joint master Project coordinator in Risk Management. She is a member of the Management, Innovation and Sustainable Development Lab, (ISG). She teaches Public and Private Equity, Business Valuation, Merger and Acquisition strategies, Cash Management and current challenges of Financial Markets. Her research interests and publications are related, but not limited, to the topics of Corporate Governance, Diversification Strategies, Performance, Earning Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Gender diversity, Crypto-currencies in academic journals and international conferences proceedings. She published a book; she has 9 journal publications and 17 conference papers. She served as a reviewer for many national and international conferences and for International Journals (Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Journal of Hospitality Management) She was an External Examiner for dessertation/Thesis, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, South Africa. She was a Member of the Convener Committe of the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT DYNAMICS (ICBMD-2018), Cape Town, South Africa. She is a Member of The Project Management Office (PMO) in Sousse University and she is a member of the Career and Skills Certification Center (4C).
