| About: | Dr. Sunil Kumar holds Ph.D. in Economics, M.Phil. in Economics, MA in Economics and PGDM. He has also completed various certification courses in Economics and Management from institutions of repute such as Stanford University, University of California, and University of Texas System, etc. He has also been awarded the degree of Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) by the International Economics University. Dr. Kumar has more than two decades of academic, research and administrative experience. He firmly believes in the transformational power of education and approaches his teaching and learning in the classroom from that perspective. He actively fosters critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills in students through his pedagogical methods. Dr. Kumar has developed a tool, “Occupational Interest Schedule (OIS): for students, institutions, and businesses”, granted by Copyright Office, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, Govt. of India that enables the identification of occupational interest of students. He also has another copyrighted tool granted by the Copyright Office, on “Competency Mapping Scale for Industry Professional – Managerial Level”, which helps to test an individual's strengths and weaknesses related to job performance capabilities. Dr. Kumar is also an active researcher. He has published several research papers and articles in national and international journals of repute. He has also presented research papers in national and international conferences in USA, Singapore, and UAE. He has also completed the Case Master Development Camp at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Shanghai, China. He serves as Advisory Board Member, Chief Editor, Board of Studies Member, Editorial Board Member, Reviewer and Member with various institutions, international organizations, and journals across the globe. |
