About:	Dr. Sonia currently a Lecturer in Faculty of Technology Management & Business in Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. She graduated with a Degree of Doctorate in Technology Management from the Faculty of Technology Management and Business (FTMB), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). She has published several research papers in different journals and also conference papers and reviewer of many reputable journals. Her interested area of the research is financial sustainability, small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurship, strategic planning in the context of SME performance. During her Ph.D. journey she won Bronze award in the “The International Research and Symposium and Exposition-2021” (RISE-2021) and also, she won Gold medal in the “The 2nd FAST Postgraduate Virtual Symposium 2020” in her PhD project. She also participated in many other co-curricular and extracurricular activities for instance: Volunteering, Sports, Organising as a committee member and chairperson in cultural events at school/college and university level and participation in debates, quizzes, Olympiads, seminars, and workshops.
