| About: | I, Shikha Kapoor would like to introduce myself as a keen HR and Educational Consultant, having working experience of 32 yrs . ? PhD in Management (Topic- “An Analytical study of the impact of work related stress on Organization Effectiveness”)from B.R Ambedkar University Agra 2010 ? A Professional degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from (DSSW).Delhi School of Social work, Delhi University Professional Experience Total Experience of 32 yrs. in Consultancy, Corporate, Training, Academics, Research. Since past 11 yrs. 8 months working as a Professor. Presently since 2012 working as a Professor in the field of HR and OB and Director PhD Program Amity International Business School (AIBS), Amity University , Noida , Has worked in International Labour Organization(ILO), Eicher Tractors and, National Power Training Institute( NPTI), Right Management , Tetra Tech Ltd in the areas of HR Consultancy, Training, and Career Management and also held senior management positions in various Management Institutes Had also worked as visiting faculty in various management institutions and also a Corporate Trainer since past 18 yrs in Attitudinal, Behavioral, Motivational and Self-development Programs for Govt, Private and Public Undertakings and Educational Institutions ( College and Schools). Organized and conducted Seminars and conferences and worked on International (USAID) and National assignments in HR consultancy and also has Overseas Work Experience.
