| About: | I am the recipient of multiple international awards, the most notable ones are "Indian Women Achiever Award" from International Research Association, United Kingdom, "Exceptional Adult Educator Commendation" from Mayor of Tauranga, New Zealand, "International Achiever Award" from Indian Achievers Forum, "Global Excellence & Leadership in Education Sector" by ISO 9001 cert. I have authored a management book based on the Banking Industry published by GRIN (Germany) which has been ranked as one of the best books on Banking by Books Authority (featured on CNN and Forbers Inc). I have more than 14 years of experience in the fields of research, education, training, administration and operations. I have a PhD in Management and am currently working as a Senior Tutor in University of Waikato College, New Zealand (NZ) which is ranked globally among the top 1%. I also work as a Thesis Supervisor for Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom (through upGrad) and Subject Matter Expert & Learning Delivery Adjunct for Open Polytechnic NZ. Previously, I have worked in Aspire2 International College (NZ), as a Lecturer and spearheaded the Research activities. I had also worked there as a Programme Leader for NZDB5 and was the Coordinator for the Faculty of Business. My other relevant work experience include being a Customer Advocate at Trustpower NZ, Business Tutor in Stellaris PTE Ltd NZ and Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd, India. Several of my research papers have been published in leading SCOPUS and ABDC indexed International journals.
