About: Dr. Saliha Rizvi is an accomplished academic with over 10 years of experience in teaching and research within the fields of biotechnology and personalized medicine. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Era University, Lucknow, she is actively engaged in both educational and research activities that contribute significantly to her field. Her research interests encompass a range of critical areas, including biomarker analysis, human genetics, metabolic disorders, genetic polymorphism, micro-RNA expression analysis, and cancer genetics. Dr. Rizvi’s studies focus on the identification of novel biomarkers and their potential applications in clinical practice, aiming to develop personalized treatment approaches that enhance patient care. Throughout her career, Dr. Rizvi has supervised more than 30 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students, fostering the next generation of scientists and researchers. She has authored over 40 research papers published in esteemed national and international peer-reviewed journals, demonstrating her commitment to advancing scientific knowledge. Her expertise is further reflected in her roles as a reviewer for the International Journal of Genetics and Genomics and as an editorial board member for both the Journal of Diabetes Research and Era’s Journal of Medical Research. Additionally, she has been awarded a Travel Grant for the 7th Asia-Pacific CardioMetabolic Syndrome Congress (APCMS 2024), which will take place in Seoul, Korea, on April 26-27, 2024. In recognition of her contributions to science and technology, Dr. Rizvi has received several accolades, including the Young Women Achiever Award and the SAS Young Research Fellow Membership (SYRFM) from the Scholars Academic and Scientific Society. She has also been honored with the Teachers Appreciation Award by the AMP Society.
