| About: | Dr. J. Pandiaraja did his surgical training (M.S) at Government Stanley medical college (SMC), Chennai. He is a Chief Editor of the Journal of cancer and tumor international and the Academic editor of the Medical Journal of Clinical Trials & Case Studies and the Asian Journal of Case Reports in Surgery. He is an editorial member of 15 journals and a reviewer of 16 journals. He published more than 50 papers in both national and international journals. His papers were cited in more than 35 journals. He holds a lifetime membership in 16 medical associations. He is an executive member of ASI- Chennai city branch and Association of Breast surgeons of India (ABSI) and organizing secretary of Insight 2022 and academic coordinator of FACRSI 2022. He got Prof. A. Venugopal GOLD MEDAL, SUSHRUTHA AWARD for Young Medical Achiever by IERP awards 2018, RULA award for excellence in gastrointestinal surgery research, IHPA award for excellence in general surgery, INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIST AWARD for best research in surgery and Frontline COVID warrior award by Rotary club of Madras. He holds Diploma in minimal access surgery in HPB (DIPMAS), fellowship in minimal access surgery(FMAS), fellowship in Indian association of gastrointestinal endo surgeons (FIAGES), an endoscopy fellowship in the Indian association of gastrointestinal endo surgeons (EFIAGES), and fellowship in Association of colorectal surgeons of India (FACRSI). He is a trained palliative care provider in breast malignancy and a certified narcotic drug provider. He is an active member and coordinator in the All India council of human rights, liberties, and social justice. He had an opportunity for live interaction with former people president Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam. He is an inventor of pancreatic signs in acute necrotizing pancreatitis. |
