About: Dr. TARNAOUI is a research assistant with expertise in several disciplines, especially condensed matter physics and materials science. His formal training allowed him to successfully adapt in different environments with unlimited passion for technology and for learning. During his master's studies, practical work has been focused on the development and characterization of Zinc oxide thin film doped cobalt (Zn1-xCoxO) using the sol-gel method. For the past five years, he has had the opportunity to participate in a laboratory research during which he was able to deepen his theoretical skills with a special emphasis on several physical properties and critical phenomena, and developed a great technicality and a sharp analytical mind in statistical mechanics and computational materials science using various programming languages. These skills were addressed in various simulation techniques used including: effective field theory, Quantum Monte Carlo, Molecular dynamic simulation, and density functional theory. Also, he published several articles and others needed acceptance. Dr. TARNAOUI 's strengths include his diverse background and ability to learn things very quickly. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and watching basketball.
