About:	Dr. Mohammed Quadir Mohiuddin is currently a Faculty of HR in College of Economics and Business Administration at University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) IBRI branch in Sultanate of Oman. Prior to his appointment at UTAS, he was an Associate Professor & Placement Officer at Mesco Institute of Management and Computer Sciences – Hyderabad, India. He has overall two decade teaching experiences teaching HRM and General Management courses. Dr. Mohammed received his undergraduate (Corporate Secretary Ship) and MBA & M. Com degree from Kakatiya University. Dr. Mohammed published number of papers in preferred journals and chapters in books, and participated in a range of FDPs, SDPs & MDPs and also have membership in assortment of HR and General management forums. Dr. Mohammed is a reviewer member for few international journals and also editorial board member for few. He participated/ presented various academics as well as research based papers at several national and international colloquium. He participated in many conferences physical as well as virtual in several countries viz; India, United Kingdom, United States of America, Srilanka, Pakistan, Kuwait, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Philippines. Dr. Mohammed is a board member at the experts of Academic Excellence Research, Kingdom of Jordan, life time member of TERA (Teaching and Education Research Association, India), member of British Research Panel, UK, a member of International Society of Environmental Relationship and Sustainability (ISERS) and Academic membership for Ariviyal publishing – India.
