About:	Dr. K. Emmanuel is a dedicated professional in the field of Social Work, holding a Ph.D. in Social Work and having completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship in Population Studies. With over 3.5 years of teaching experience and an equal duration in counselling, he brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical expertise. He has authored 16 research papers published in esteemed national and international journals, reflecting his strong academic foundation and commitment to advancing knowledge in the domains of social work, psychology, and counselling. His scholarly contributions not only enrich academic discourse but also offer practical solutions to pressing societal issues. Currently, Dr. Emmanuel serves as Senior Lecturer and Head of the Postgraduate Department of Social Work, as well as a Ph.D. Research Supervisor at DMI–St. Eugene University, Zambia. He has also contributed as a key member of the Social Work Curriculum Advisory Team at Southern Leyte State University, Philippines, where he played a vital role in curriculum development and promoting academic excellence.
