| About: | Dr. D. Jayarajan Head, Dept of Medical Lab Technology, Divine Mother College, Korkadu, Puducherry and Former Professor in the Dept of Medical Lab Sciences, Chandigarh University Punjab. An outstanding researcher and good academician with vast experience of 18 years in academic/administration and 13 years in Research in various branches of Allied Health Sciences. Dr. D. Jayarajan is specialized in Microbiology received his graduation from St.Joseph’s College of Arts & Sciences, Cuddalore (Madras University), Post Graduation in both Microbiology and Medical Lab Technology from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, TN and Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut respectively. And finally received his Doctoral degree in Microbiology from Bharathiar University,Coimbatore, TN with high comments. Being a life member in Indian Science Congress Association, He was a keen academician and researcher and he has 16 patents and 29 research publications in both International and National journals and also submitted 34 gene sequences of various bacterial species in Gen Bank of NCBI, USA. He was also serving as Editorial board member of more than 13 various reputed International journals and also edited a book entitled “Contempary Research in Environmental Science, Management, IT, Pharmaceutical and Social Sciences.(2022) with ISSBN: 978-93-92591-60-0. He was also served as key note speaker in various Conferences/ Seminars and Induction programs. He has organized Faculty Development programs for the betterment of his fellowmen. He has received 5 Best paper award for his research findings at Various International and National conferences of Various universities He was also honored with several awards including Sardar Vallabai Patel Life time achievement award for innovations in Research and Dr.Sarvapalli Radakrishnan Best Teacher award etc to his credits. |
