| About: | I have the ability to work with great creativity and enthusiasm. My work involved bioprocess design (fermentation engineering), isolation and purification of protein metabolites, in vitro application and MIC determination, biochemical growth modeling, and the kinetic study of submerged fermentation. I have experience in extensive sample analysis and calibration/run of equipment like a bioreactor, FPLC, MALDI-MS, FPLC, HPLC, and FTIR spectroscopy in a laboratory. I also used to study advanced microscopic techniques, viz., confocal microscopy, SEM, AFM, and TEM, in order to evaluate ultra-structural changes. I have already published several peer reviewed research papers in SCI/SCOPUS journals, edited book and book chapters (international publications), and attended several workshops and conferences at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT BHU. I am also the recipient of the “Young Scientist Award” & CSIR-SRTP mentorship award. |
