| About: | Dr. Amita Chourasiya, Associate Professor, Amity Business School Jaipur. She has a BTech in Computer science from Rajasthan University with HONOURS and an MBA in Information Technology from IIIT Pune. She had done her doctoral research in Human Resource Management. She is a management faculty having more than 13 years of teaching experience in academic and research. Also, have teaching experience for MBA professional courses like Genpact’s MBA (EPT) program. Her area of interest includes Strategic HR, E-Commerce, IT, and digital marketing. She is a member of E-Cell, Innovation & Incubator center, and Institution’s Innovation Council Amity University Rajasthan. She is a member of the IAENG International Association of Engineers, the International Journal of Advanced Research and Publication (IJARP), and the ISTD Jaipur chapter. She is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Commerce and Management Research, and the Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research. She has presented more than twenty research papers at international/national conferences. She has more than twenty research papers published in national/ international, UGC, and Scopus-indexed journals. During her professional journey, she has organized a number of Management events, Conferences, and Industry Advisory Council meetings. |
