About:	Dr.A.C. Pandey is faculty in Department of Commerce & Business Administration, University ofAllahabad having more than 25years experience of Teaching, Training & Research in the field ofmanagement. He is Ph.D.,MBA.LL.B. from University of Allahabad. His areas of interests are Cognitive Psychology,OB and Strategic Management. He has published more than 55 research papers in National & International Journals,authored 6books and presented 65papers in various conferences.He was Chief-Editor of International Journal, Gumbad Business Review. He is member of AIMS,Strategic Management Forum of India & life member of Circle for Child &Youth Research Cooperation in India.He was resourceperson to Sastra Seema Bal(SSB) Academy, Ministry of Home affairs, and Uttarakhand State Secretarial & Management Institute, Dehradun.
