Indexing platforms index journals as per the publication performance. Hence UGC CARE index has listed its journals in 2023. As per the CARE portal of UGC, they mention 35 new journals in their list and 30 journals were removed from the old list. ABCD Index monitors journals and Indexing platforms with the help of reviewers, members, and website visitors. So the list of the latest new journals is mentioned in this article. Details of each journal with the proper link, number of issues, publisher, and journal country is mentioned on the detail page at the ABCD Index portal. Scholars as per their research domain can reach to its journals. It was found that most of the fake publishers develop sites of UGC CARe listed journals, hence ABCD Team especially check all journal's website and mention it clearly.
