Freedom of Speech vis à vis Contempt of Court: An Analysis

Everyone has a freedom to criticise those things which are morally and legally wrong. The contempt of court Act, respects the right to speech and right of justice. Contempt law should be practiced only when someone attempted to lower the dignity of judiciary with mala-fide intention. Freedom of speech and judiciary are two important pillars of our constitution so it is very important to maintain a balance between the two.
