Abstract:
This study focuses on understanding the concept of industrial relations and the role of conflict management strategies in organizations. Industrial relations refer to the relationship between employees and management, which plays an important role in maintaining a peaceful and productive work environment. A healthy relationship between both sides helps in building trust, cooperation, and effective communication within the organization. In today’s dynamic business environment, workplace conflicts are common due to various reasons such as workload pressure, communication gaps, salary issues, job insecurity, and differences in opinions. If these conflicts are not handled properly, they can lead to low productivity, employee dissatisfaction, absenteeism, and high turnover. Therefore, organizations adopt different conflict management strategies to resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner.
