About: Dr. Dennis Uba Donald is a Clinical Psychologist, researcher, academic enthusiast and author from Delta State Nigeria and has been writing for Nigerian newspapers like Guardian Newspaper, Sun Newspapers and the Punch Newspaper since 2013. Also, Dr. Dennis Uba has been writing and editing local and international journals professionally since 2010. He graduated with a 2.1 CGPA (4.19), in 2007; he obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2015 and he obtained his PhD in Clinical Psychology, on the 14th of August, 2019 also in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State. Dennis Uba has worked in Banking and Information Technology before delving into his passion which had always been to read write and engage in critical thinking. Dennis Uba is an avid reader, scholar and a curious researcher interested in subjects bothering around behavioural sciences and psychiatry. Dennis Uba had won multiple awards including the most distinguished Psychology student of the class of 2008, Award of recognition from Journal of Indian Psychology for the article: Curious Case of Medical Negligence among others. Dr. Uba area of clinical specialty is adult mental health and substance use disorder. He also conducts research in adult psychiatry problems, insight and preventive medicine, clinical leadership, sleep disorders, left handedness, as well as medical tourism. Dennis Uba have authored and co-authored several international and local journal articles. He currently offers editorial reviews with a number of international publishing houses since 2013. Dennis Uba currently lives in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. Currently working with Department of Psychology, Baze University.
