| About: | I am a post-graduate in rural management with almost 20 years of experience of managing social sector surveys; research, assessment, monitoring and evaluation studies; training; and project management activities. I have been involved in undertaking assignments in the fields of women & child development, public & community health, elementary education, HIV/AIDS, rural development, urban development, drinking water, sanitation, natural resource management, livelihood, etc. Besides, I have also been involved in assignments which involved preparation of IEC/BCC material and strategy. Moreover, I have also undertaken several assignments which involved preparation of training package (agenda, modules, aids, resource material, etc.) and imparting training to Government functionaries, right from State up to the grassroots level. I have also delivered lectures at NIPCCD, Lucknow (India) on proposal making for NGO personnel. In addition, as part of my key job responsibilities, I have been involved in interacting with the clients to understand their requirements and prepare proposals, reports, and presentation to their specifications. Client servicing has been one the core areas of my work. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. |
