| About: | I have 27 years of experience in industry including 20 years alone in social development sector of international levels having expertise in administration, leadership, training & capacity building, performance management, budgeting, conferences, CSR, grant proposals and partnership building, Also or the last 3 years, I’ve been working as a guest faculty in an AICTE approved autonomous management institute in Bhubaneswar, Odisha teaching to the BBA and PGDM students. Along with this I’m engaged in research, publications, curriculum development as well as making partnerships with institute and industries for workshop, training, CSR programs and placement facilities. I’ve done BA in Economics (Hons). MA in Cultural studies, MBA in Human Resource Management and presently working on my Thesis to complete PhD in Management. |
