| About: | Dr. Shrikant M. Harle Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering He has completed his graduation from Government College of Engineering, Amravati (India) in 2008, Post-graduation from National Institute of Technology-Rourkela (India) in 2010. He joined Larsen & Toubro as Post graduate Engineer Trainee in 2010, promoted as senior design engineer and then Assistant Engineering Manager till 2012. Later he joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management, Badnera. Presently he is also a member of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Incubation centre & Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). He has teaching experience of 9 years and industrial experience of 2.5 years. He completed his PhD in 2019 in the field of low volume roads; his area of interest includes fiber reinforced concrete, pavement design, concrete technology, etc. He has published 4 patents, 5 books & more than 80 research papers in reputed international journals & conferences. He is reviewer (one of them is also Elsevier journal) & editorial board member of journals, member of scientific committee of conferences. He is a keynote speaker and session chair for International conference. He also guides graduation & post-graduation research projects. |
