| About: | Dr. Seyed Alireza Mousavi Shirazi was born in September 1977. He has a Ph.D. degree in nuclear energy engineering from Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, Tehran, Iran. His M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees are nuclear reactor engineering and electrical-electronics engineering, respectively. He has achieved an excellent grade and a score of 19.75 out of 20 in the Ph.D. thesis. The scope of his Ph.D. thesis was medical radiation and dosimetry. He has been employing at Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch, Department of Physics since 2006 to present, and he is now Assistant Professor and full-time faculty member in this institute. He has been teaching physics courses including mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, electricity and magnetism, and their related laboratories. He has published so many papers in the renowned and peer-reviewed ISI (W.O.S) journals, international scientific research journals, and proceedings of the international and national conferences in a way that three of them are hot papers. He has also published three book chapters and two academic books. As well, he has reviewed so many ISI (Web of Science) and scientific research papers for renowned and peer-reviewed journals belonging to Elsevier, Springer and other well-known publishers until now, and he also has achieved the title of “Outstanding Reviewer†from Elsevier Publisher in the year 2014. He has now achieved the nineteenth rank among the reviewers of ISI nuclear journals all over the world, and he is the Editorial Board member of many scientific research journals. He has also attended many nuclear workshops so far. Besides, he has achieved the title of the best researcher of the year at his institute for four times, and he has completed three research projects so far.
