| About: | Name: Sadhna Jain Designation: Professor Working in the Department of Human Development and Family Empowerment at Aditi Mahavidya, University of Delhi, Delhi since 27.08.1998 with teaching experience of more than two decades. I have been very actively involved in teaching-learning, research, college functioning, community work, and professional development. Have done B.Sc. (H), M.Sc., B. Ed from the University of Delhi with good first division, M.Ed. from Annamalai University with very good second division, M.Phil. from Allagappa University with very good first division, and Ph.D. from the University of Delhi. I bagged gold medal in Ph.D. Competitive Exams Qualified Have qualified NET twice (Conducted by ICAR (1995) and UGC (1997) respectively) and Delhi Subordinate Services Recruitment Board competitive exam for lecturership in Delhi Administration. Awards and Recognitions Recipient of a Gold Medal for doctoral work from the University of Delhi and have also received an NIH scholarship to attend HIV/AIDS conferences. I have also received best poster paper presentation awards etc Attendance in Refresher/Orientation Courses/FDPs/Workshops etc. Attended more than 15 Refresher and Orientation Courses, workshops, FDPs, and short-term courses including ICT courses and FDPs on NEP, 2020, Special Education, Inclusion in higher education, research methodology, academic research writing, and publication, etc. Curriculum Design Have actively participated in designing curriculum for BA Program (Family and Child Welfare), Semester mode, CBCS, and CBCS (LOCF). Currently involved in developing syllabi for a few HDFE papers for BA (Prog) Course as per NEP, 2020.
