| About: | Prof. Roshith is a manufacturing engineer with industrial, research, and teaching experience. For the past five years, he has been pursuing a PhD in mechanical engineering at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore campus. He earned his MTech at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Coimbatore) and his BE at Anna University (Chennai). He previously served as an assistant professor for 4.5 months at the Mahaguru Institute of Technology in Kayamkulam and as a department head and assistant professor at the Malabar Institute of Technology, Kannur for eight months. Prior to that, he served as a teaching cum research associate at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore campus for three years and also as a trainee at NLC India Ltd. His career objective is to perform high-quality collaborative research that enhances his horizon of knowledge for developing and training future young minds. He is researching the welding procedure for connecting different metals and the characterization of hot corroded materials. |
