| About: | A conscientious, skilled, enthusiastic and professional medical biotechnologist, virologist, microbiologist, molecular biologist and cell culture specialist. Studied NNRTI resistance HIV-1 mutations and identified mutations which are APOBEC mediated. Identified knocking down of nesprin may lead to decrease in HIV-1 infection. I have developed an in vitro assay to evaluate existing drugs and to identify new drug candidates for their ability to kill latent M. tb bacilli. Skilled in screening Anti-Viral and Anti-TB compounds in vitro and in vivo. My aim is to pursue a challenging career in sustainable development of global health arena across the world by being resourceful, innovative and adaptable. |
