Aim: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the restorative preferences for endodontically treated teeth (ETT) among dentists. Methodology: 132 dentists as well as 22 restorative dentistry specialists and consultants were given with an open-ended questionnaire requesting them their choices and criteria when they choose a restorative material for restoring endodontically treated tooth. Chi-square or Fisher’s exact test was used to evaluate the responses to various questions amongst general dentists and specialists or consultants. Results: A total of 150 questionnaires concerning the treatment plans for the restoration of ETT were dispersed. 98.2% of the respondents used posts in the treatment of ETT. 82.9% of the respondents felt that the presence of a post would reinforce ETT. 53% of the surveyed members would place a full ceramic crown as the restoration of choice for ETT with a post and core. Conclusion: Most of the participants believed that ETT should be capped, and all-ceramic crowns were the preferred option.
