This study aims to decrease psychological distress, anxiety, and depression levels of teachers in a Schools Division Office (SDO) in CALABARZON through the Cloverleaf Program. This program involved recognizing at-risk personnel; resilience- building activities, such as the conduct of holistic wellness training; virtual retreat and recollection; and reach-out efforts, such as establishing linkages for stronger referral systems and provision of actual mental health services. Quantitative research design was used in this study. Standard research instruments were utilized to measure the psychological distress, anxiety, and depression levels of the participants. A total of 105 teachers participated in answering the research instruments before and after the program. The Cloverleaf Program significantly decreased the psychological distress and depression levels of the participants. However, no significant difference was found between their anxiety levels before and after the program. The results of this study cannot be used to generalize the mental health status of teachers in the Department of Education or similar organizations due to the limitation in the number of participants who agreed to answer the research instruments. mental health interventions, cloverleaf
