| About: | During the last few years, I worked in stock assessments, population dynamics, fisheries biology, and ecology of freshwater and marine fish species. I developed expertise in fisheries biology (reproduction, sex ratio, fecundity, ovarian maturation, size at first sexual maturity, and histological analysis), population dynamics, stock assessments (growth modeling, growth parameters, longevity, relative growth, growth pattern, condition factors, form factors, recruitment pattern, abundance, mortality, biomass estimation), and ecology. I have also experience on proximate composition, Micro plastics (MPs), Heavy metal Concentration of freshwater and marine fish and shellfish species. I also gained good experiences working with other researchers in groups in multiple institutions and had the pleasure of publishing some 28 collaborative research articles in different Scopus indexed international journals on top of several conference presentations. I can analyze data through the R Project for Statistical Computing, FISAT II - FAO-ICLARM Stock Assessment Tool, Excel, SPSS, GraphPad Prism, TpS, Past and so on. |
