| About: | I am a lingo-cellulose/plant cell wall and plant-microbe interaction biotechnologist with substantial and practical experience of robust genetic engineering techniques i.e., CRISPR/Cas9, RNAi, Overexpression, SRDX and DNA-Protein, DNA-DNA interaction techniques Y1H/Y2H and CrY2H-seq. I have excellent skills of gene amplification, vector construction, transformation in plants, bacteria and yeast, protein expression and purification. I have excellent skills of bioinformatics for identification and characterization of gene families, gene regulatory pathway construction, and RNA-seq analysis.
