| About: | I started my career as a web designer in 2006, just when I completed my post-graduation. Now, I have a wide and varied experience in media, dedicated teaching practice and rigorous research publications. In 2007, I joined Suryan FM as Programme Producer (Head) in Coimbatore. Later in 2009 I got an opportunity as District Coordinator to serve a national level NGO, Center for Advocacy and Research funded by Melinda Gates Foundation. After serving in the industry for seven years, I quit the job to take up a full-time PhD programme in Journalism and Mass Communication in the year 2012. From 2016 onward I have started to work as Assistant Professor and I have published more than 40 research articles and book chapters as academic contribution. I have Guided about 25 PG Scholars and Guiding 2 PhD scholars. |
