About:	Dr.TR. Kalai Lakshmi is NET qualified in 2011 and has more than 19 years of teaching experience . She joined as lecturer in 2003 and presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. She has completed Ph.D. in Relationship Marketing in the Management in 2014 and her present areas of research interest are in Marketing , Research and Entrepreneurship. She has published more than 60 papers in national and i9nterantioanl journals and has also attended more than 100 workshops , seminars and faulty development programmes in her journey as a academician . She has granted 2 patent rights for her innovative designs. She has also had international exposure as she was invited for a foreign exchange Programme in 2018 to the Universitas of Ahamad Dahlan ,Indonesia. She is also a part of a project for Higher Education Co-funded by Erasmus and Organized by Wrocklaw University Poland . She has versatile experience in academics and is always interested to learn and develop for future needs of the industry and academia. .
