About:	Dr. S.K.Das is an HRD / L&D Professional, based at Sambalpur He is 60 years old and has rich experience of 27 years in the field of HRD/ Training. Till recently he was G. M (Trg & Dev) with HINDALCO at Renukoot (UP) Dr. Das is experienced in competency mapping & competency building (Trained as certified trainer by Training House, USA). So far he has conducted more than 80 competency mapping workshops for more than 1.000 Sr. & Middle managers of leading organizations including CK Birla Group, JK group & Aditya Birla group, etc..
