| About: | Dr. Shikha Gupta is an accomplished Associate Professor in the management department, specializing in Finance and accounting. She serves as the Programme Coordinator of BBA and is actively involved as the SPOC for the Swayam Local Chapter. Dr. Guptaholds the position of Chief Editor at "Marketing Quest" magazine. With 15 years of experience in academia, consulting, and student counseling, she has chaired sessions, served as a resource person in Faculty Development Programs (FDP), and delivered guest lectures at various institutes. Dr. Gupta has received prestigious awards such as the "Young Professor of the Year" by EIA 2023 and the "Young Leaders Creating a Better World for All" at the Women Economic Forum in London. She is a lifetime fellow member of InSc and has actively contributed as an AICTE Reviewer in the SLA Programme. Dr. Gupta earned her bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University, followed by a Master's in Finance from GGSIP University, where she secured the top position in Financial Management. She then cleared the UGC-NET in management with the 4th All India rank and completed her Ph.D. in Finance from B.R.Ambedkar University. |
